We do not recreate the exact same item twice. Every piece is handmade, and due to availability of materials, slight variations will occur. That’s part of what makes each one of our items truly unique. 

Custom orders usually take 1–2 weeks, depending on design complexity and material availability. We’ll give you an estimated completion date when your order is placed. Please Note: some orders may take longer if we need to order special supplies or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. 

No, at this time we are only able to ship here in the United States. As we expand in the future we hope to one day offer international shipping but at this time we are not equip for international shipping.

When requesting a custom item, we ask customers to complete our Inquiry Form, which we will email to you, to ensure your item is made exactly to your preferences.

No, because each item is handmade and often custom, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us by email at brookescraftycornerwv@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right. We believe in quality however we cannot ensure every item created will last forever. If you want more information on how to properly care for your item please email us.

Yes! The majority of our items are sold locally. If you’re local we can arrange a local pickup. Just email us! 

Yes! The majority of our items are sold locally but we do our best to offer affordable shipping to our customers. Due to shipping costs, we add an additional fee on orders being shipped to cover the cost of shipping expenses. Yes! We offer fun and hands-on crafting classes for many of the products we sell. Prices may vary depending on the craft. Classes are available upon request — just email us to learn more and schedule your session!

A nonrefundable reservation fee is required to cover the cost of materials. This fee varies depending on the class. We’re happy to bring the crafting fun to you and travel within reason — we provide all the supplies and take care of cleanup, too!

Yes, absolutely! Your donations help keep our creations affordable and reduce waste by giving new life to old items. At Brooke’s Crafty Corner we love to recycle, we use tons of ribbon, deco mesh, décor pieces, fake florals, wreath frames, and more — and we’re always in need of extra supplies thats in good new condition! 

If you're decluttering good craft supplies — message us! We’d love to pick up your gently used items and give them a second life.

• Water / Garden Hoses-- that are in good clean condition with no holes or tears. We can also use water toy hoses! 

• Garden gloves-- with no holes and tears.

• Metal Watering Cans

• Rain boots or Mud Boots--  Lightly used or new. Can be kid size or adult sized.

• Small Shovels-- Real or  plastic. Kids toys work too!  Also use rakes. 

• Small Decorative Buckets-- Mini or small buckets only. Can be metal or plastic. 

• Bicycle wheel or wagon wheels-- In good clean condition.
